Peeling or flaking paint caused by improper application.
Premature paint failure resulting from incorrect application methods.
Blistering or bubbling caused by workmanship or improper application, where the underlying surface was suitable for painting.
Uneven application or visible application defects that are reasonably attributable to our workmanship.
Other workmanship-related defects that Cans&Brush determines, upon inspection, to have resulted directly from our installation or application of the painting system.

Mold, mildew, algae, or fungal growth caused by moisture or environmental conditions.
Salt deposits, efflorescence, or deterioration of the underlying surface.

A warranty claim must be submitted to Cans&Brush during the warranty period.
Upon receiving a claim, Cans&Brush may inspect the affected area to determine the cause of the defect. The warranty will apply only where the defect is reasonably determined to be caused by Cans&Brush's workmanship.
Photographs, project records, and other relevant information may be requested to assist with the assessment.

The workmanship warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of practical completion of the relevant painting work, unless otherwise stated in the quotation or contract.
Any repair carried out under this warranty does not automatically restart or extend the original 2-year warranty period.

The warranty may become void for an affected area if another party subsequently modifies, repairs, coats, cleans, or otherwise alters the work without prior written approval from Cans&Brush.
9. General Conditions
This workmanship warranty applies only to the specific works described in the quotation or contract and is subject to payment of all outstanding amounts due to Cans&Brush.
